Resilux America is our partner and the preferred producer of ENSO bottle preforms. Bottles are blown through a variety of bottle blowers located throughout the United States, typically utilizing the closest bottle blower to the filling facility. Companies who have existing manufacture relationships or produce preforms in house can purchase ENSO EcoPure G2 additive and produce their own preforms and bottles to be used for in-house products.

ENSO Bottles provides customers a turn-key solution in either EcoPure G2 additive, preforms or blown bottles. As such we are able to provide solutions for any need regardless of size or manufacturing process requirement.

An ENSO Bottles Sales Representative can provide specific costs associated to your individual company needs. For a general rule of thumb ENSO bottles do have a higher cost due to the nature of purchasing a technology that is both recyclable and biodegradable. ENSO Bottles is dedicated to providing the EcoPure biodegradable technology at the lowest cost possible and as such there is an increased cost of approximately $.02 per bottle.

Resilux America carries over 500 different styles of ENSO bottle preforms. Each of these preforms can be blown into any number of finished bottle designs. For those using their own bottle blower, ENSO bottle preforms can be blown into any custom bottle design.

Yes, you may use your current bottle blowing manufacturer; however Resilux has over 25 years experience in bottle manufacturing and are known for the quality products they provide to their customers.
| How is the ENSO Bottles product shipped? |

EcoPure G2 Additive:
The EcoPure G2 additive is shipped in boxes of 25kg (55lbs) and/or Gaylords of 700 kg (1540 lbs).
ENSO Bottle Preforms:
ENSO bottle preforms ordered directly from ENSO Bottles or through Resilux are shipped by the truckload. Orders less than a truckload will be handled by a preferred ENSO Bottles distributor.

ENSO Bottles works with many production facilities and should be able to accommodate any production capacity.
| Can ENSO bottles also be used in hot fill bottles and preforms? |

Bottles or preforms which will be used in hot fill application require special processing. ENSO bottles are available in hot fill bottles and preforms in large quantity orders (10 million + units). Because of the special manufacturing requirements, hot fill bottles are not manufactured by many companies and most all require large volume orders.
